Employees: Your username is the first portion of your email address firstname.lastname

Password: Generated by Information Technology Services (ITS) and you will be prompted to create your own password the first time you sign in.

• Follow the multi-factor authentication process and select Keyano Authentication

Library Discovery Account

Your My Account (Discovery) can be used to view your library checkouts, renew library items, view your interlibrary loan requests, view any fines on your account, view and save your catalogue searches and if selected, your borrowing history.

• Sign in to your account using your Keyano email and password.
• Follow the multi-factor authentication process and select Keyano Authentication

OpenAthens Account

Your OpenAthens account is auto-generated when your Keyano email is created by Information Technology Services (ITS).
