Microsoft releases many computers preinstalled with the Windows 10 or 11 operating system set in S mode. If a computer is set in S mode, a user will only be able to download software from the Microsoft Store.

This is problematic for Keyano College students because you will not be able to download Respondus Lockdown Browser.

If one of your courses requires you to use Respondus Lockdown Browser, you may need to switch out of S mode.
