You can share your screen during Zoom meetings once you have been given permission from your instructor.

1. Join the Zoom meeting.

2. Select "Share Screen" from the toolbar at the bottom of the meeting window. 

3. Select which application you would like to share and select "Share"

1 - Screen is sharing everything appearing on your screen.

2 -  Whiteboard if you want to draw or write on the whiteboard.

3 -  Applications that are open in the background that you can choose to share (one application only).

4.  After sharing you screen, there are zoom tools located in the menu bar at the top of the screen (this does not appear to the audiences).

5. When you are finished with your presentation, select "Stop Share" on the Zoom toolbar.
