I am a student, how do I submit an Information and Technology Services (ITS) ticket?

If you are having difficulty with your Keyano account or Keyano-related resources, please contact Information and Technology Services (ITS) for support and a service ticket will be created for you.
How to contact ITS for help:
- Email the ITS Helpdesk and provide your name and Keyano email address.
Note: If you do not have access to your Keyano email account, please provide an alternative email and add your Keyano email account in the message section of the form.

Describe your problem for ITS in the message box.

Once the email has been sent to ITS, a service ticket will automatically be created for you.

You will receive a confirmation email of your submitted ticket at the email address that you provided.
Please be aware that any further communications regarding your ITS service ticket will be sent to the email address that you provided.
