When you receive and accept a meeting invite, the invite email is automatically deleted from your email inbox and is added to your Outlook or Teams calendar.

To view your calendars & appointments, login using your @keyanomail account and password.

In Microsoft Outlook

Your Calendar is located in the top left menu:
 

In Microsoft Teams

Your calendar is located on the left side menu:
