Lost NEOS materials:

If you have a overdue fine for material belonging to another NEOS library, the fine can be paid to any NEOS Library.

If you have a fine for a lost or damaged book, the fine must be paid to the owning NEOS Library.

NEOS libraries and their contact information can be found on the NEOS website.
 

Lost Non-NEOS materials:

For any materials borrowed from a non-NEOS library, please contact the Keyano Library at circulation.services@keyano.ca
